Is it possible to register for CA and attend exam at a later date? may be 2 years after ? Is it mandatory to write exam ( IPCC ) immediately after 9 months from registration?

Yes...you can directly reg for ipcc but you have to secure 60% in degree..for b.com it is 55% and for other degree 60%.
