What I have heared is that till now there is no penalty clause, but the member shall not eligible for empanelment with ICAI for carrying out Govt audits and bank audits.

For members in service, it is not clear, what shall be the penal provisions.

Yes. I wrote first post for members in practise. But I was not clear about members in job, thats why I wrote second post.
