I have registered as member in feb' 09. I am not holding COP. Am I exempt from CPE hours in 2009? As for CPE calendar year is followed and members are exempt for first year of registration.

As Manoj is asking about CPE hours that member are exempt for first year of registration. Is that right or not because i never heard about first year exemption?
