Please help me,
I am trying to file ITR of my friend. I am filing his return for the first time and till last time it was filed by some other person. All the details like email, mobile number and secret answer belong to the person who filed the return. We have aadhar registered mobile number and also the bank A/C number with us. Tried to get OTP in aadhar mobile number but we failed. It also shows that the account number we entered is invalid. Is there anyway to login to the site using aadhar mobile number and bank account number?
