I could not open Q4 2012-13 file with RPU Ver 3.5 version .
What is the reason. Can Will any one of you guide me with with which Version of RPU I can open this file.

you are using correct software click on import file and try. make sure you have java installed on pc
it wont work without java or else see you are importing correct quarter and correct fy and correct form type.(you have to select from dropdown list)
