My assessee sold one house property on 18-04-2018. ( F.year -2018-19) - To calcualte the Income tax - capital gain tax -due , which should be paid on or before 30-06-2018, as advance tax, cost of living Index for the financial year 2018-19 has not yet announced, to my knowledge. How to calculate the capital gain tax?
Make estimate based on CII as if '286' (Though it will be notified by first week of June)
