We are running a Textile Manufacturing Company and for accounting using Tally.ERP 9 latest release. I want to know is "Cost of Goods Sold" can be calculated automatically in Tally?

Yes... Provided you maintain perfect record of material consumed and given predetermined rate of consumption of overheads. if not then it will not calculate automatically(or will just give material cost of goods sold), but still manually you can find out the cost of goods sold by given actual amounts of overhead expense incurred for production and sales.
