Dear members please tell me how to calculate the growth rate in this case

Dividend:- During the previous 5 years, dividends have steadily increased from Rs.10.60 to Rs.14.19 per shar. Dividend at the end of current year is expected to be Rs.15 per share.

Please reply its urgent according to me it will be like this

10.60(1+g)^4=14.19

=7.5%

but i am not sure so please reply
