Cost of acquisition

I have purchased an apartment and alongwith the price of of the apartment, I have also separately paid maintenance deposit, parking amount and an amount for electric connection supply (There was no electric feeder nearby)

When if sell the property after threee years, I will just get a price which might be all inclusive. I know brokerage and advocate fees are included in calculation of  cost of acquisition.

But How will I treat the amount of maintenance deposit, car parking amount and electric supply amount paid to a the buider. Can I add them in the cost of acquisition? If not, then what?

Please guide.

Are these expenses part of the sale agreement or were they recovered from you separately?
