Cost accountants  in fulltime employement can filie cost compliance report in XBRAL.

For this what is the proceedure to register digital signature  with MCA21 ?

i tried several times both under professional category and Manager/CS but PAN verification is not happening. Already applied for address change and made fee pmt to institute.

Pls share professionals in the field their valuable experiance and advise.
