instead of ITR1 ) is filed with wrong amount of income , can ITR1 be filed as revised return with correct income, Please advise me and I have filed revised ITR1 with e verrified

Yes, you can file ITR 1 as your revised return even if you have filed ITR 4 initially.
Yes you can revise and file ITR-1.
However in case returns get selected for assessment, then you will have to justify AO regarding what changes has been made in revised returns.
