Correction to PAN Card

Dear Experts, 

we are an AOP with a certain PAN alloted with which we had been filing ITRs. Recently we got registered as an 1860 Society with a slight insignificant change in the Name of Association. Also wouldn't the date of incorporation change into the date of new Society Regn now ?

Can we get both these changes ie Name & Date corrected while retaining the old PAN number pls !
