I have uploaded the Tax Audit (3CA-3CD) Report in Wrong Membership ID. Please suggest whether I can correct it and also the procedure for correction.

You mean to say you uploaded the TAR on behalf of your Principal who is a CA member and you filed the membership no wrong.
Has the TAR been accepted by the assessee because it needs to be approved to complete the procedure.
If not then tell the assessee to reject the TAR. Problem solved
No sir,
I have uploaded the TAR in another Partner ID of our Firm instead of who signed the Balance Sheet.
Assessee has also approved the TAR.
