Correction letter

Wrong information writen in Audit report AY 17-18 I need to correct it. so,
I need a letter format kindly send.

That can be done by auditor / tax auditor.
it's not an easy task. Nobody can have readymade format as it's single type and it's format of auditor suitable for correction.

Correcting amounts to revising audit report and which is not found acceptable to auditor.

You have to resolve internally only.
Generally there is no readymade letter.
unless u know the relevant laws or section you cannot address your problem to anyone.

There is option to file revised Audit Report , but you have specify the reason also.there is letter format in this regard

As I said in my above reply, it's not an easy task to revise audit report.

You have to take a call with Auditor only. This is not as simple as it looks.

Have you discussed the matter with Auditor ??
Do you agree with errors ?
Is it having impact on tax liability ?
I repeat - you have to resolve internally only.
