Correction in bank details

I have filled wrong bank account number in my online ITR for FY 2016-17. The ITR has been processed but due to above reason refund could not be credited to my account. I have tried to correct by choosing the option "Refund re-issue under service request"but system is showing :no "refund failure to raise refund re-issue service request". What should I do now?

First of all congratulation to have received the refund of ITR for FY 2016-17 i.e. AY 2017-18.!!

As per your query..... wait for some time to get system updated, so that the 'refund failure may reflect in the status"  Its not so fast, you know......

sir itr will be processed after that you go to individual login and process the rectification bank account no.

What is the mean above highlighted words...?

Yes, this is the first instance of refund receipt heard for this year.......... as still the return filling is in progress.

Department is still busy with cash deposited cases (of Nov-Dec, 2016) ..... not started processing of this year's ITR.
