Ignoring the separate entity concept when an unlawful business is carried by the company
corporate veil implies that the company is a separate legal entity and separable from its shareholders.
shareholder can not be held personally liable for the company liability.
However in case court is of the opinion that the wrongdoing are attributable ti shareholders then court may hold them personally liable by lifting corporate veil.
