Corporate law related question

Companies Bill 2012 has not yet been passe by the Parliament and in view of forthcoming general elections and political uncertainty, it cannot be said when the Bill will be passed, though the government has been claiming for the last several years that a new company law would be enacted soon.  Even after the Bill is passed, date from which it would be effective would have to be notified and rules will have to be notified after getting comments from the public.  Hence new law may or may not be applicable from May 2014 examination.

In view of above, it would be advisable to buy available books from the market and start your study accordingly.
