Hey guys..

For CA (Final) Nov 2009 attempt, Company Law provisions amended up to which date will be applicable..!!!

new law provisions might not be applicable from Nov 2009.

May be later.

yes at the maximum 6 months provisions r applicable.......

but there will b no such major change,i hope so........

i am also going to study law subject with same hope

Dear Sunali,

Amendments upto 30th April 2009 will be applicable in case of Law, also the same will be in your RTP for that attempt.
