It is risky to refer past RTPs and papers with answers. You may just read questions from past papers and find out answers from latest book.
As suggested by Devadas ji, refer questions from past RTPs as changes have taken place since. Answers to those questions should be referred from latest books in the light of amendments.
Also refer supplementary reading material issued by ICAI for May 2017.

You should refer the Munish Bhandari for the Corporate and Allied Laws. It is the best recommended book for self study.
It contain all the ammendmends. It is written in very simple language which make the study simple and intresting and also contains the previous year solved questions.
