If we want to increase the limit of members in the Private Company from 50 to 200, our Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 . So, we have to alter the Articles of Association or not?

Not necessary. Provisions of CA 2013 supersede provisions of Articles (Ref. Sec.6 of CA 2013).
