Then Is it valid or invalid notice ..!!?

A shorter notice is valid if consent is given by not less than 95% of the members entitled to vote at such meeting as per Se.101 of the Comapnies Act,2013. The notice is invalid as only 70 members has given their consent. If the consent has been given by 95 members then this will be a valid one.
