When there is no involvement of assets then also we need to file chg-1 for corporate guarantee?
It's Recommended to Register Charge on Corporate Guarantee and sometimes due to stipulation by lending entity ,but still it's a debatable subject because basic purpose of register charge is to show security interest in favour of creditor when any interest on tangible assets is created
