Kindly clarify whether Corporate guarantee executed by a private limited company is to be registered/charge to be created with Registrar of Companies under the provisions of Companies Act. Which section of the companies act deals with this provision.
Whether such registration is mandatory.
If not registered, what are the consequences and how is it to be rectified.

Yes, for corporate guarantees form 8 is to be filed within 30+30 (additional) days. Please refere section 125 in this regard.
