Copy of order u/s154 not available from new portal

Dear sir,

I have filed rectification request for AY 2020-21 . I got refund also on 20 july 2021. but I did not receive order u/s 154 in my email. I checked all -spam, trash , junk folders etc.

how to get the order u/s 154 now in new portal ? ( It is necessary to know interest paid on refund to be shown in return of ay 21-22.)

In old portal it was possible.

Order Should come u/s143(1) please check at the portal with this reference, otherwise portal is not running properly that is why a representation letter in this regard has been sent to finance minister by CA association of Mumbai.

Hi Sunil,

refund is processed after passing order u/s 143 (1) not u/s 154.

you check order copy in your email which is registered over income tax portel.

else you can raise again a request . and for interest you can check your form 26AS

BUT I RECIEVED SMS FROM CPC ON 20 JULY 2021 LIKE THIS - RECTIFICATION RETURN FOR ABHPXXX AY 20-21 PROCESSED AT CPC. ORDER U/S 154 HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL. AND REFUND WAS CREDITED ON 23 JULY 2021. THIS ORDER I DID NOT RECIEVE IN EMAIL.

WORKLIST IN MY INCOMETAX LOGIN SHOWS NO PENDING WORK.

I AM CONFUSED AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO FOR THIS.

GUIDANCE PLEASE ....
