Newspapers and Magazines

1. To start, acquire, print, publish and circulate, or otherwise deal with any newspaper, or other publication, and generally to carry on the business of newspaper proprietors and general publishers and to carry on the trade or business of general printers, lithographers, engravers and advertising agents;
2. To undertake the publication of newspapers and magazines and to import, export deal and distribute Indian and foreign news papers and magazines and to hold or promote competitions of any descripttion authorized by law, which may be calculated to increase the business of the company or to advertise or promote the sale of any publication issued by it or in which it is interested; and to give prizes in connection with such competitions or otherwise, consisting of cash, life or other annuities, scholarships or other terminable payments, shares or other choses in action, gifts, privileges or advantages which it is in the power of the company to confer;
3. To carry on the business of printing, publishing and circulating or otherwise dealing in any daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly newspaper or newspapers, magazines, periodicals, journals or other publications. And to start, acquire, print and generally to carry on the business of owners of newspapers and magazines as aforesaid.

Publishers

1. To carry on the business of publishers of newspapers, books magazines, art and musical production, general commercial, colour, craft, and process printers, lithographers, photographers, engravers, die makers, plan and chart printers press and advertising agents, contractors, ink, dye, colour and chemical manufacturers, of metal and other signs and manufacturers of and dealers of containers and components and machinery and manufacturers of and dealers in printing machinery, type and all printers supplies, book binders and stationers in all kind of supplies and equipment for mercantile and other use;
2. To run a publishing house and publishing of periodicals, magazines, newspapers, photographic printers, photo-lithographers, engravers, manufacturers, type founders, photographers, manufacturers and dealers in paper, parchment ink, pencils, fountain pencils, fountain pens, stamps, complimentary and fancy cards and valentine, designers, draftsman, ink manufacturers;
3. To start, conduct, edit, print, publish, manage, control, sell or distribute, grant or otherwise in any part of the world newspapers, magazines, journals and periodicals in Hindi, Urdu, English or any other language to be published either daily or otherwise as the directors of the Company may from time to time consider expedient.
