Copies of ARE1 Not Received from Custom Agent

We are Delhi based exporters and we made an Export of Goods against ARE 1 from Mumbai Port.

The Custom Agent in Mumbai said that he lost all the copies of ARE1.

What are the possible way out of this situation.

Also kindly let me know is it Mandatory to submit a copy of BRC along with the Export Proof Documents.

you have extra copy of ARE1 , send xerox copies to C&F, ask him to lodge a GD in local police station, get the xerox copies endorsed by customs to be treated as original / duplicate Customs will do the same on the strength of GD copy filed.
