Cop - time matter?????? pls reply

Hello CCI friends & members,

 At present i m engaged in business in ahmedabad (WRO),& registered with icai as a member.

(1)I want to take full time cop with address of rajasthan(CRO), is it possible???????

And if (1) is possible than is it necessary for me to attend my rajasthan office in working hours or not??? because i m in business in ahmedabad so i m not in a position to present in rajasthan ...will it cause any problem on my cop holding??????

Note: this is just a imaginatory query, but i need answer on this query on urgent basis............
