I have been granted COP with effect from 11th August 2011. I want to know whether CPE hours requirement is applicable on me in this yr itself or from the next year onwards.
Further, incase if I join any service/job, is there any benefit of holding COP?

That I know. But If I go for other employment, what is the use/benefit of holding COP. Wouldnt it be better if I just surrender the COP?
