I am taking COP and entering into practice , is it a gud decision to take. i have passed my CA in jan.2012 , and need experience and exposure but in job i am not getting that exposure.

I think that you are taking a right decision if you want to get exposure and experience.
Being a CA in Practice you will surely get much know-how about different aspects of the profession in the practical world instead of getting stuck up in a Job.

Hi,
For that you can join a medium sized CA firm, to learn about all the fields.
And don't go for big CA firms.

Arey Bhaad mein gayi Difficulties . . . . . Itni Tension mat lo aur Practice karna shuru ho jao.
Agar koi kaam karna nahi aaye toh ask someone and slowly u will learn that. I think 1 baaar galti karogi ya delay karogi par samjh jaogi.
So dont be afraid. Aur slowly tumhari practice set ho jayegi.
