Convocation matter

Apply for membership, institute will intimate about the convocation programme. For more than a year now ICAI has not conducted convocation, and it is rumoured that it wants to scrap such an event. Unfortunately even the Institute has not made any announcement in this regard whether it intends to conduct such a programme or not. Keep your fingers crossed.

i qualified in nov. 11 and i got membership number but i don't received membership certificate yet. and no information for convocation. I heard that membership certificates are distributed in convocation. if convocation will no be conducted then how can we receive membership certificate.

but when i got my membership card 1 year ago.....

Kindly call up ICAI and enquire why you have not been dispatched Membership certificate till date and you may also raise your legitimate concern why Institute does not wish to conduct convocation programme for qualified members of recent past.
