I am out of India and unable to attend convocation to be held in August 2016.will ICAI send my membership certificate to my address???

Yes ICAI will send Pass Certificate to your Address. No need to worry.

I wanna know is there any procedure for convocation registration.
Are family members allowed in the convocation?
