Converted from pcc to ipc - passing reqmt ?

IPCC 775 views 4 replies

I have just converted from PCC to IPC. I have cleared Group I of PCC and need to clear Group II subjects of PCC in Nov'13 i.e.

  1. Costing & FM
  2. Taxation
  3. Information Technology & Strategic Management

Now the issue is, the first two falls in the Group I of IPC & 3rd one falls into Group II.

So do I need to simply clear these subject-wise i.e. get minimum 40 in each of them, or will the aggregate passing for group-wise also matter ??

Please guide !

Dear dont worry.....

jst study for dis 3 subject n while filling the exam form choose d

Unit 8 .....

U have to clr dis subject only as earlier ...

i.e 40 mrks minimun in ech n 150 aggregate also..........

All D best......:-)

Ohh...so even for IPC, the passing reqmt for each group is 150, is it ?

Coz therez just one diff, in PCC there was just 1 Advanced Accounting, whereas in IPC there are 2 subjts on Accounting, one falls in 1st group and the other in 2nd.

So Will my passing be as per PCC grounds ? Since if you come to match the subjects, as per both the syllabus, there's no way in which Accounts marks can be split ?!?

Agreed with Ms Anamikaa. However passing requirement for IPC group one will be for 200 as there are 4 subjects. For you 150 will be applicable as per Unit Scheme. All the best.

Alright.

Thanks so much. :)
