It is well known that a Pvt Ltd Co can be converted into LLP. But can a LLP be converted into Pvt Ltd Co? If yes, what ist he procedur?
There are no enabling provisions neither in Companies Act nor LLP Act to convert LLP into Private Company, so it is not possible to convert LLP into Private Company.
Is there any update on this? Can a LLP now be converted into a Pvt Ltd? If no, is there any possibility this will be possible soon?
