I am PCC student and completed articles but not appeared for exams. now i want to appear exams in this year, shall I appear exams or I have to apply for conversin to IPCC if so please advice me the proceedure.

yes u have to apply for convirsion and than fill exam form for ipce as provitional candidate.
no u need not convert your pcc to ipcc.. u just have to fill the exam form

You have to get conversion to IPC. As akanksha is saying..yaou have to fill up & Send your examination form to ICAI as soon as possible..even if provisional basis...
