Conversion of Section 8 public company to section 8 private company

Hi,

I have few doubts regarding the conversion of section 8 public company to section 8 private company. I hope i will get answers for my questions below:

1) Whether the process of conversion is same like normal company ? Or is there any separate process for section 8 companies?

2) When to be advertised in the news paper ? Can i advertise in only english in both newpapers ? Because i didnt find any format in telugu

3)It is mentioned that notice has to be sent to Regional director and registrar in registered post with acknowledgement due. Is there any specific format for sending notice to regional director and registrar ? If yes please mention. Please provide if you had the same

4) While filing INC 27, It is mandatory to attach order of competent authority in case of conversion from public company to private company. who is that competent authority ? How to obtain that order ? 

5) Please provide the formats of notices and  resolutions to be passed in Board meeting and EGM.
