There is a company namely ABC Pvt ltd company which has been converted into LLP as ABC LLP on 31st Dec 2013
The question is how to file the Income Tax return for the company and LLP?? Whether two separate returns will be filed as of 31st March 2014 or only a single return would be filed for LLP
Please advice at the earliest
2 returns need to filed
1. one return for the Company for the period 01.03.13 to 31.12.13
2. second return for LLP for the period 01.01.14 to 31.03.14.
Also you have to change the Pan card status from company to LLP.
So you have 2 pan .
So you have to file 2 returns.
Dear sir,
you are saying that Private Limited have to file on Old PAN number
and LLP have to file on NEW PAN Number -
please clarify ?
