Conversion of proprietorship to patnership

Agree with Disha. You will have to prepare a partnership deed under the same name. Transfer all you assets in propreitory name to partnership name.

Assuming you do not hold any immovable property , this is matter of just book entry and transfer of bank balance to your partnership account. 

In the deed dont forget to mention that the firm is formed to take over the propreitory businss

Hello Hardic following attached is format of partnership deed but my personal advise is to take help of local lawyer for drafting the same as it may cause hindreance to business best go through all the clauses before coming at a conclusion
