I want to convert a Proprietorship into a Partnership firm which means the business has to be transferred and I want to convert i.e. carry forward the same VAT Registration into Partnership. Please show me a specimen sample Partnership Deed for the same.

You may write a partnership deed wherein the recitals of the partnership deed shall contain a brief history of proprietor business and conversion / acquisition of the same by the firm.

The terms of the deed shall also specify somewhere about acquisition or conversion.

In my opinion you need to register newly with VAT authorities for your new firm.

We have a proprietory firm and want to convert into partnership firm.  We require a specimen deed for such conversion

A Son has a proprietory concern

B Father has a proprietory concern - B expired

A Son want both the proprietory concern to partnership concern

C Sons wife will become a partner for this partnerhsip firm.
