CONVERSION OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM TO PVT COMPANY
A pvt company is incorporated without fling URC-1,The actual intent of the Company is to convert from a Partnership Firm the partners are the directors in the Company, is there any option available to convert Firm into the incorporated Company.

What do you mean by incorporated company?
A company can be public or private depending on the way it is being set up.
A private company has some disadvantages while a public company has certain disadvantages.
Both has its advantages.

You have to close down partnership firm by way of dissolution deed. You can anytime incorporate Pvt Ltd company .
Close down and start afresh.
