Conversion of partnership firm into LLP

Q. A partenship firm wants to convert its existing business with same partners into a Limited Liability Partnership(LLP).Please provide me the step by step procedural details required for converting the firm into an LLP

Ans. When a existing firm wants to Convert into Limited Liability Partnership than they are followed Second Schedule of the LLP Act.
