Conversion of entity of business
I am running a proprietorship concern now if I convert my business into partnership or Limited company whether it is possible to convert my GST credit available in my individual business to that partnership/ limited company.

Yes taxpayer can transfer the unutilised ITC to partnership firm by following steps:
1) file Form GST ITC 02
2) Get a Certificate from Chartered accountant about business transferred
