Ours is a listed Company and wants to convert part of its equity shares in to preference shares.What is the procedure for the same.Can anybody give me the detailed procedure for the same?
Also what do we need to follow for preferentail allotment of shares??

For Conversion of Equity Shares intoPreference Shares , the Company is required to file Petition in the High Court.
