Conversion from pvt.ltd to LLP
I want to convert xyz investments Pvt limited to xyz solutions LLP. can I do that or first I have to change my Pvt LTD name to xyz solutions Pvt ltd. then apply for conversion to xyz solutions LLP.

need to file form 1llp for name change and proceed to conversion by filing form 2 and form 18
Thanks for reply. form 1 has been returned even though I had not used word investments. However it was three in Pvt LTD company.
u can't change name of company.. in ur case name will be only xyz investments llp.. u need to mention only this..
if u want to change name.. u can do so only after conversion
The word ' investments" is not allowed in LLP
