a private ltd company can be converted into public ltd company by complying following reqirements: alteration of AOA for removing 3 restriction, by passing SR u/s14; and changing of name by deleting the word "Pvt" by passing SR u/s13 Further you need to fulfil the requirement of minimum number of members as well as director (if required)
