Contract Given To any Unregistered person for do machining work(machines are in ownership of the company) , turnover is less then 20lacs is required to registration under gst?
contractor issue normal invoice without tax to the company?

No,.. under sec 10 unregistered can supply interstate services & not liable for registration if his agrregate turnover does not exceed 20 lacs
yes he can issue invoice for his services provided

if there is only one premises in which both company and contractor are doing theirs respective works..is there is difficulty in terms of gst?

the premises can be one but should be separate place of work (separate Room, cabin etc)
