I completed my CPT in february 2008 then i joined PCC and did article ship for two years out of 3 1/2 years.
Due to some personal problem, i left my native with my family. I did not terminate my articleship properly. I did not inform my principal also. Due to emergency, i left my native place. Now i cleared my personal problem.
Now, i want to start my CA studies again. But, i left without informing to my principal, he is not responding me now. he has sent 108 to ICAI. which i checked in the below link

But now i want to continue my studies. should i join CPT? or IPCC?
what is my status now? am i eligible to study CA or not?
