As per Rule 52 of CGST Act : Payment Voucher shall contain:
Name ,address , & GST No. of Supplier
Serial no. , date of Issue.
Name , Address & GSTN of Recepeint.
Descripttion of services.
Amount Paid.
Rate of Tax.
POS & name of State
Signature of authorised Representative.
Name ,address , & GST No. of Supplier
Serial no. , date of Issue.
Name , Address & GSTN of Recepeint.
Descripttion of services.
Amount Paid.
Rate of Tax.
POS & name of State
