Our CA office received a lot of emails regarding contact details update in income tax login of clients. Is there any technical issue?

No... It's not a technical issue.
It's required update if anything will be change.
Otherwise You simply leave it...
If you received them every CA must received this, but we didn't received any such mail.

Because your mail may added as secondary for those PANs. Or your mail may be used for them. Now they are updating and you are receiving a copy of those mails send to the PANs
But no mail used for more than 5 PAN
I used a mail in 10 profile...

Also my senior used 20 profile...
But for now it is restricted to 5 mail

I just asked with curiosity that how so much mail received if we can't register in more than 5
Hmmm , not an issue we also receive in the same way.
