Some specific professions cannot be run by HUF........ are the speciallization of Individual/s...
By the way what sort of consultation?
Financial consultancy?
Though there are divergent views, but a view is that some professions (and not the specific professions as per sec 44AA or some vocations like painting) can be run by members in toto, (have seen practically run by members) & assessed in HUF file.....
But remains matter of litigation.......
