Dear Member,

Based on my earlier post I understand that Non-COP-CA can do any business other than Auditing and Taxation (https://www.caclubindia.com/forum/allowable-business-by-ca-594326.asp)

I have some queries, can a Non-COP-CA do, Financial Planning Consultancy (that would also include tax planning).

What kind of consultancy can Non-COP-CA offer?

Quick Summary

Chartered Accountants (CAs) who do not hold a Certificate of Practice (COP) can offer a range of consultancy services, excluding auditing and taxation work that requires a COP. This includes financial planning and tax planning consultancy. Essentially, any business activity is permissible as long as it does not involve statutory audits, tax audits, or signing off on official documents.

Thank you sir for clearing my doubt again, now I understand that CA without COP can do consultancy that does not involve audit (either tax Or other audits)
