Consultancy by Non COP - CA

Dear Member,

Based on my earlier post I understand that Non-COP-CA can do any business other than Auditing and Taxation (https://www.caclubindia.com/forum/allowable-business-by-ca-594326.asp)

I have some queries, can a Non-COP-CA do, Financial Planning Consultancy (that would also include tax planning).

What kind of consultancy can Non-COP-CA offer?

Tax planning can be done but tax audit can't be done

Thank you sir for clearing my doubt again, now I understand that CA without COP can do consultancy that does not involve audit (either tax Or other audits)

Signing work can't be done. All other works other than non audit works can be done

He can do any work other than certification or audits under statues
